Hi, I am Charlotte and the proud owner of Townsend's Tails Dog Grooming.

My  goal, with the help of my team, is to make the whole experience for your furry friend, and you, stress-free! 

As we grow, I'm working hard to be the best employer I can be. A happy team means happy dogs, right? 

When I’m not chasing around after my one-year-old daughter Margot (who’s already got a taste for adventure!), you’ll find me gardening, reading, or binge-watching Gavin and Stacey.

Hi, I am Katy.

I like being a dog groomer because of the special bond I get to build with each dog and the satisfaction of helping them feel better.

Working for Charlotte is a pleasure—she’s created a salon with a great atmosphere where we all work together and support one another. She ensures we’re comfortable with our tasks and has given us a fantastic work-life balance, all in a local and stylish space. 

What motivates me most is seeing the transformation in the dogs, from their growing confidence with each visit to the joy of working with so many different breeds. 

We also share lots of funny moments, like the time Waffles was running around and stole Lucy’s shoe! It’s these experiences that make the salon such a great place to work.

Hi, I am Lucy. 

I’ve been a dog groomer for two and a half years and working here for 7 months. I’ve always wanted to work with animals, and dogs have always been my favorite. 

I love the team here—Katy and Charlotte are great to work with, and it’s so close to home, so I get a little extra sleep! 

I really enjoy working with puppies and watching them grow up. Plus, it’s always so rewarding to see how happy the clients are with their dogs after a groom. 

What makes this salon special is how much we care for the pets and their well-being. Charlotte is a great owner/boss—she’s always got a fun energy and knows how to keep things light while making sure we do our best work.
